By completing CHATRIKA agency registration or using the CHATRIKA app, you agree to these terms of service. These terms apply to all CHATRIKA agents, hosts and users across India, Bangladesh and Pakistan.
As a CHATRIKA agent, you are responsible for recruiting hosts ethically and providing accurate information about CHATRIKA agency. Commission payouts are subject to host activity verification and CHATRIKA platform policies.
Hosts on CHATRIKA must comply with content guidelines, streaming rules and task requirements. Gift earnings and rewards are calculated according to the official CHATRIKA agency host policy. Violations may result in deduction or account suspension.
CHATRIKA agency processes commission and host earnings weekly. All payouts are subject to platform verification. Agent commission of up to 20% is calculated on verified host gift income as per CHATRIKA agency registration terms.
CHATRIKA agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate any CHATRIKA agent or host account that violates platform policies. Appeals may be submitted via WhatsApp to the CHATRIKA admin team.
CHATRIKA agency processes all payouts in compliance with local tax regulations across India, Bangladesh and Pakistan. Hosts and CHATRIKA agents are responsible for reporting their earnings and paying applicable income tax. A 5% withholding tax may be deducted from commission payouts in certain jurisdictions as required by local authorities. Monthly earnings statements are provided to assist with tax filings.
